My name is David LaPointe, and I’m proud to help families buy and sell throughout Tillsonburg, Ingersoll, Woodstock, St. Thomas, Port Stanley, and all of Oxford County. Real estate isn’t just my career — it’s my opportunity to guide people through some of their biggest life moments with honesty, care, and commitment.

Family First — Always

My wife Donna and I have been married since 1989. We raised two amazing children, Kourtney and Travis, and today we are blessed with six wonderful grandchildren. They are the centre of our world.

Outside of real estate, you’ll find us camping, kayaking, fishing, exploring the outdoors, or cheering on our favourite baseball and hockey teams. These values of family and community guide everything I do as a Realtor.

I began my real estate career later in life after realizing I had more to offer and more people to help. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the joy on a family’s face when they find the home that fits their next chapter.
